Our comprehensive Full Marathon Training Program is designed for runners of all levels, whether you’re aiming to complete your first marathon or achieve a new personal best. The program runs for 16 weeks and includes everything you need to prepare for race day. What’s Included: 16-Week Training Plan: A structured plan designed to build endurance and strength, meeting you where you are at. This is a group program but will be adjusted for personal mileage and intensity. 3 Information Sessions + Race Prep Call: These interactive sessions will cover training tips, race day strategies, injury prevention, and more. Weekly In-Person Group Practices: Morning Option: Glenmore Track, 6:00 AM Evening Option: Riley Park, 6:00 PM Practices will begin in April, weather permitting. Weekly Check-ins: Stay on track with weekly check-ins through a Google Form, where we’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. Nutrition Coaching: Personalized nutrition advice to fuel your training and optimize your performance.
